Own Your Own Home in West Palm Beach For Under $15,000!

That’s not a typo - we actually found this cute remodeled home that is less than 10 miles from the president’s “Winter White House,” that has its own yard, two bedrooms and lots of personality for under $15,000. And there are more homes like this available - you just have to search on MHVillage.com

If you haven’t considered factory-built housing before, now might be the perfect time to do so. I wanted to get a second home that is closer to my kids, but the prices in this affluent area had kept me from doing so. On a whim one night I decided to try something besides the usual go-to searches, and found a treasure chest of homes in terrific locations - many of them under $100,000 and some were even under $20,000!

Most of these are in land lease communities - you lease the land that the home sits on, but you do own your home. One of the big benefits of this is that you don’t have to pay the property taxes on the land which in a city like West Palm Beach can be pretty pricey.
